HOLLY MORRIS, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Hello, I’m glad you’re here. Whatever is happening in your life now, you were not meant to go through it alone. Some experiences in life evoke difficult emotions and create changes that are surprising and linger longer than expected. They may impact the quality of relationships with yourself and others, productivity, enjoyment in life, faith or overall happiness. Most of my clients have sought therapy during times like these. I am passionate about meeting you right where you are and holding a safe space where your story may be heard and processed.

My work with clients is collaborative and relational. We work together to build a toolbox of skills to help navigate and understand difficult emotions, thought patterns and body sensations while processing your experiences with tenderness and intention. We notice and celebrate your growth, as you discover and/or return to your truest self.

I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, life-stage transitions, PTSD and Complex Trauma. For clients who are interested, I integrate spirituality into their therapy. I am trained in EMDR and have been integrating it in work with clients for over a decade. I applaud you in taking this brave step toward greater well-being.
